This series of photographs (Personalia G) were sent to Bell by General Aylmer Haldane of the British Army and are accompanied by a list of descriptions (which doesn't appear to be in Bell's hand).

This photograph, "B", is described as "Qislah (old Turkish barrack) where officers were killed. Mrs Buchanan was in a room at nearest [?] of the building to the right of the hole on the roof". 

The back of the photograph has the handwritten caption (in another hand, which doesn't appear to be the same) "Old Turkish Barracks or 'Qishlah' where events of 15/8/20 took place."
