This series of photographs (Personalia G) were sent to Bell by General Aylmer Haldane of the British Army and are accompanied by a list of descriptions (which doesn't appear to be in Bell's hand).

This photograph, "H", is described as "Baqubah bridge in 1818 [sic]". Presumably this is supposed to read "1918".

The back of the photograph has the handwritten caption (in what appears to be the same hand) "Baquba".
