Sat 19. [19 August 1899] Still very cold and grey. We saw sights in
the morning, the Schloss, the church, and the charming old opera
house. Lunched at Riebenstahl. A wonderful performance of
Meistersinger. His Ex supped with Frau Cosima and after the play we
joined the Harrach party and gave Richter Frau Cosima and Van
Rooy a tremendous reception. All walked down together. Very cold.
