Wed 16. [16 July 1902] Doubtful morning. We hung about till near 4. It
rained hard in the afternoon. Then we went up to the Pavillon Dollfuss.
Delicious walk up the Aar valley - blue butterwort, yellow anemone a
different primula. Tedious moraine. Got to the hut in 3 hours. We
were 16 people! a a lot of men from Geneva [GÈneve]. However we
packed them off into the loft and made ourselves comfortable.
Thunderstorm in the night.
