Thurs 27. [27 March 1902] Abu Nemrud came up in the morning, but it
is too far and he won't come again so I shall have to dÈmÈnager.
Rode down after lunch on a very bad horse by the sea road under the
monastery into Haifa where I inspected the two hotels and settled to
go to Ibrahim Nasar's. Then satisfied home, getting in about 6.
