Sat 10. [10 March 1900] Nasty rainy day. Ferideh and I walked to
Deir Yasin and gathered lots of ochis [sic], the bee orchis among
them. Dined at the Dicksons, she was ill, poor dear, didn't come to
dinner and disappeared soon after. Mr Dunn, Mr Bliss and after
dinner Macalister and the Mastermans. They all played - oh so
badly! and it was nice.
