Morning it was cool finished "Helans' babies". Afternoon Mother came home to dinner went a drive went out saw the life saving machine[?] at the coastgardmans [sic]. Evening went into the hay field and made houses for tomorrow we are going to have the Johnsons to tea there. Good lessons.
