Morning it was so hot went into the garden and read. Afternoon Miss Klug began the most beautiful book called "Helen's babies" after lessons she read again tea in the garden so hot took off over shoes and stokings [sic] afterwards Miss Klug read till it was time for Maurice to go to bed. Good lessons.
