About this item
Sat. Sep. 1. [1 September 1894] Bothered over Agar in Turki. In the
afternoon, in spite of rain we walked up to the Lanser See and swam
there. The water was nice and warm - even Mother bathed. Tea at
Vill. Molly and I ran down and caught a tram before the others in which
our friend was the Conductor. The feeling of physical strength which
lets one do all these things is too delicous. Read Swift's journal.
