Penrhos, Holyhead. Sat. Dearest Mother. The enclosed from Eugénie. I've said we shd be delighted to see her. Mr Baker also is coming next Saturday. Will you please send Eugénie a time table.
Captain Doughty suggests himself for 2 nights on Wed. next. It's rather a bore but I can't say anything but do come for they were so exceedingly kind to me. He is very nice.

Would you please look in my room and on the east window sill you will see a number of stone books. They contain envelopes full of photographs and I should be very grateful if you would send me the contents of the two marked respectively {BBK} Kara Dagh [Kara Dag] and Hassan Dagh [Hasan Dagi]. I want to show Mr Warre some photographs of domes and discuss them with him. Your very affectionate daughter Gertrude.

Most amusing here.

The photographs must be posted tomorrow or I shan't get them in time.
